Concrete Canvas Ltd is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team for a three-month summer placement focused exclusively on social media. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-world experience managing and creating content for a global B2B brand.

You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Executive to help plan, create, schedule and analyse content across our social channels — showcasing projects, products, people and behind-the-scenes moments from across the business.

No extensive experience required — just creativity, curiosity and a passion for social media.

The Role:

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team for a three-month summer placement, focused exclusively on social media. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-world experience managing and creating content for a global B2B brand.

You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Executive to plan, create, schedule and analyse content across our social channels, helping us showcase projects, products, people and behind-the-scenes moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and scheduling content across our social media channels
  
• Create engaging social media copy aligned with brand tone and messaging
  
• Design simple graphics and visuals using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
  
• Support the creation of short-form video content (reels, clips, animations)
  
• Monitor engagement, comments and messages, escalating where appropriate
  
• Help track performance and prepare basic analytics reports
  
• Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content ideas
  
• Support campaign activity, launches and event-related content
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design or similar
  
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  A strong interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation
  
• Familiarity with major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
  
• Basic design or video skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. — not essential but a plus)
  
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
  
• An interest in engineering, construction or infrastructure is beneficial but not required
