Shift Maintenance Engineer

At The Cake Crew, we are the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of private-label cupcakes and that’s just the beginning. Our 25,000 sq. ft. bakery produces a wide range of quality baked goods, from loaf cakes and muffins to tray bakes, employing around 280 staff and continuing to grow.

We are currently seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team on an 8-week rotating shift pattern (4 on/4 off, 12-hour shifts alternating days and nights).

The ideal candidate will be electrically biased, holding at least 16th Edition Wiring Regulations, with a basic understanding of mechanical and pneumatic systems. Experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential. Experience working with conveyors and pneumatic systems would be advantageous however, training will be provided.

What you will receive

• Salary of £46000 per annum
