About Us

Darogan is Wales’ Graduate Hub — the only dedicated platform dedicated to graduate careers in Wales.

We connect students and graduates with employers through recruitment campaigns, events, and digital services. Our mission is simple: to make sure every graduate knows they can build a brilliant career in Wales.

We’re now looking for a Graduate Talent Consultant to join our growing team and kick-start a career in recruitment, employability, and talent development.

About the Role

This is an entry-level role designed for a recent graduate who wants to learn fast, get stuck in, and make a genuine impact.

You’ll work across recruitment delivery, candidate engagement, employer support, business development, and events — gaining exposure to all areas of the business while developing valuable commercial and people skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Once fully trained, you will support the team with:

  • Graduate recruitment campaigns and candidate outreach
  • Screening CVs and supporting interviews and assessment processes
  • Supporting careers events and outreach activity
  • Researching employers, roles, and sectors across Wales
  • Using CRM systems to manage candidate and employer data
  • Growing our portfolio of clients through business development activities

This is a learning role — we don’t expect you to know everything already and we will invest in your learning and development.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re open to graduates from any degree discipline. We’re especially keen to hear from you if you:

  • Are curious, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Enjoy working with people and communicating clearly
  • Are organised and comfortable juggling different tasks
  • Care about graduate careers and the future of Wales
  • Want to build skills in business development, recruitment, consulting, or employability
  • Welsh language skills are a bonus but not essential.

The Details

  • Salary of £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • 15% commission
  • Hybrid working: remote with one day a week at our Cardiff office
  • Flexible start date: We are open to both graduates who are available immediately or undergraduates who are available to start summer 2026

Why Start Your Career With Darogan?

  • Gain hands-on experience across recruitment, events, and employer engagement
  • Learn directly from a small, supportive team
  • Work for a mission-driven organisation that genuinely cares about impact
  • Have real responsibility from day one

How to Apply

Send us your CV and a short cover note telling us why you want to work at Darogan and what you’re hoping to learn from the role.
