Are you a recent graduate looking to build a rewarding career in Human Resources? FireRite is
offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Human Resources
Trainee to join our growing team. Working directly with our HR Director, you will receive hands-on
training and mentoring across all aspects of Human Resources, developing the knowledge and
practical experience needed to build a successful career in the profession.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and compliance
• Coordinating training and development initiatives.
• Assisting with policy development and employment law research.
• Producing HR reports and analysing people data.
• Building strong working relationships with managers and employees across the business.
• Providing day-to-day support to the HR Director on a wide range of HR activities and projects.
What We’re Looking For
• A recent graduate (or graduating soon), ideally in Human Resources, Business
Management, Psychology, Law, or a related subject.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
