The Opportunity

Novomorphic is seeking motivated graduates to join our Analogue and Mixed-Signal IC Design team.

You will contribute to the design, simulation, verification, and optimisation of analogue and mixed-signal integrated circuits for low-power intelligent systems.

This role is ideal for graduates interested in semiconductor engineering, analogue electronics, mixed-signal systems, and advanced IC design.

What You Will Do

  • Support analogue and mixed-signal IC design activities using Cadence environments.
  • Assist with circuit simulation, verification, and optimisation.
  • Contribute to low-power and performance-focused circuit development.
  • Support design validation, corner analysis, and layout-aware design activities.
  • Collaborate with digital, embedded, FPGA, and system engineering teams.
  • Participate in technical reviews and engineering problem-solving activities.
  • Contribute to reusable semiconductor IP development.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in:
    • Electronic Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Microelectronics
    • Semiconductor Engineering
    • Physics with electronics relevance
    • Or a related field
  • Understanding of electronic circuits and semiconductor fundamentals.
  • Interest in analogue or mixed-signal IC design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Analogue electronics projects
  • CMOS or mixed-signal design exposure
  • Cadence or EDA tool familiarity
  • MATLAB or Python experience
  • FPGA or embedded systems awareness
  • Signal processing or sensor systems
  • Simulation and verification exposure
