Job Description

This exciting position is ideal for a dynamic and ambitious
individual who combines a flair for business with commercial acumen. This is an
opportunity to learn and develop with a fast-growing and forward-thinking UK
manufacturer with a global reach. You will play a pivotal role in expanding
market share across Europe by identifying and developing business
opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal
and external teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Execute a regional growth strategy aligned with
    company objectives, focusing on key European markets, particularly France
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define
    long-term strategies, manage key accounts, and identify new business
    opportunities.
  • Based in the Abergavenny office with regular
    travel to Europe.
  • Attend trade events, exhibitions, and client
    meetings across Europe.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales
    to drive brand recognition, market expansion, and innovation.
  • Monitor performance, track market trends, and
    identify opportunities for product development or improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and
    distributors
  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and
    engagement through events and customer outreach
  • Regularly present updates and performance
    reviews to senior leadership and collaborate on market insights and growth
    opportunities.

The Person

  • Bi-lingual – fluent in written and oral French
    and English (additional languages may be advantageous).
  • Articulate and confident with strong
    communication skills.
    • Self-sufficient and adaptable
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; excellent
    written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, with a hands-on approach and
    regular face-to-face interaction.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage
    multiple deadlines.
  • Creative thinker and decision-maker, seeking
    guidance when necessary.
  • Brand ambassador mentality, beyond just a
    business development role.
  • Solution-focused with strong problem-solving
    skills.
  • Flexible, personable, and a motivated team
    player.

Salary: £30,000 + plus up to £6k bonus depending on
