About Us

Knox Commercial & Insolvency Solicitors are business law specialists based in North Wales, with clients across the UK. We are a niche law firm, practicing in a select number of areas so we can provide expert advice backed by extensive knowledge and experience.

Our work ranges from multi-million-pound business acquisitions and sales to assisting sole traders with contract drafting, financial issues, and insolvency matters. We also have a strong niche in Shareholder and Joint Venture Agreements and Business Succession Planning.

We don’t advertise; instead, our work comes almost entirely from referrals and recommendations from our clients themselves and from a network of trusted accountants, solicitors, and financial advisers. This reputation allows us to offer high-quality legal advice at sensible prices, while maintaining a personal and client-focused approach.
